Terms of service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Rannah service and form a binding agreement between you, as a business, and Rannah. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms in full.

Rannah is offered to businesses, not to individual consumers. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

The service

Rannah is an AI-powered phone reception service that answers your business calls, responds to common questions, books appointments, captures lead details, and sends confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp according to the configuration agreed with you.

The service is set up for you entirely by the Rannah team. This includes your business profile, booking rules, conversation style, WhatsApp templates, and phone routing, followed by your review and approval of a test call before going live.

Rannah is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice of any kind. In healthcare businesses, Rannah acts as an administrative receptionist only: it books appointments and routes calls, and refers any clinical question to your qualified staff.

Accounts and organizations

Your registration details must be accurate and kept up to date, including your business name, contact details, and billing information.

The account owner in your organization is responsible for managing the access of its users, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity performed through the organization's accounts.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription, minutes, and billing

Rannah is offered as a monthly subscription billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Every plan includes a defined number of call minutes per month. Usage is always metered, and no plan includes unlimited minutes or unlimited calls.

When you exceed your plan's included minutes, additional minutes are billed at the per-minute rate shown for your plan and added to your monthly invoice. We send a notification before you approach your plan limit.

Plan changes, whether upgrades or downgrades, take effect from the next billing cycle unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

Displayed prices may exclude value-added tax or other government charges. Such charges are added to invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.

Setup and launch offer

A one-time setup fee may apply for configuring the service for your business. This fee is shown to you before you subscribe.

We may offer launch customers a waiver of or discount on the setup fee. Any such offer is subject to the duration and conditions published at the time of subscription and does not automatically extend to other cycles or services.

Custom systems and integrations are reviewed by our team before commitment and may require a separate agreement on scope, cost, and timeline.

Acceptable use

You must not do any of the following:

  • Using the service for any activity that violates the laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
  • Using calls or WhatsApp messages for harassment, unsolicited messaging, or impersonation.
  • Attempting to circumvent minute metering, usage limits, or billing mechanisms.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to Rannah systems or to the data of other businesses.
  • Reselling the service or providing it to a third party without our prior written agreement.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business, such as services, prices, working hours, and booking rules, because Rannah answers your customers based on it.

You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consents from your callers and customers regarding communication and call recording, as described in the call recording policy and the privacy policy.

WhatsApp templates are subject to provider approval, and changes to them may take time outside our control.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party telephony, AI, and WhatsApp providers and may be affected by their outages or by scheduled maintenance.

Where practical, we will aim to notify you in advance of impactful scheduled maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rannah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

In all cases, Rannah's total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees accrued for usage up to the termination date remain payable.

We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach of these terms, such as repeated non-payment or violation of the acceptable use rules, after notifying you and giving you a reasonable opportunity to remedy where appropriate.

On termination, your data is handled according to the data retention policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you through the contact details on file a reasonable time before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.

For any question about these terms, you can reach us through the contact channels listed on our website or from your account dashboard.
